Returns

The customer has the right to return the product to the seller within 14 calendar days from the day of purchase.

• The product must be returned in the same condition as received (in the original, undamaged packaging).
• The product should be new and unused. If the product is damaged, used, or shows other damages, the store has the right to refuse your refund.
• When returning the product within 14 days, the customer covers the transportation costs for returning the product to the seller. If a defect is found in the purchased product, the customer has the right to return the product or ask for a replacement.

If the customer wants to return the purchased product via parcel machine, the product must be sent to the address Helgi tee 9, Peetri alevik, 75312, Estonia. The cost of returning the product is borne by the customer. When returning the product within 14 days from the purchase, you need to fill out a return form and submit it along with the receipt to the seller.
